<p>Prior to assuming her duties in Toronto in March 2010, Ms. Mokuena served as Consul General in Munich, and before this she was the Chief Director for Southern Africa in South Africa&#8217;s Department of Foreign Affairs. Ms. Mokuena also advised the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Presidency on issues of bilateral concern, and worked closely with the Presidency on the Presidential Economic Commissions between South Africa, Namibia, Tanzania and Mozambique. She played a key role in South Africa&#8217;s assistance of the 2007 elections in the DRC and programme for post conflict reconstruction and development in both the DRC and Angola.</p>

<p>The first issue of The Canadian Business Journal was published online on November 4th, 2008, and this year&#8217;s November/December issue celebrates the milestone by focusing on Canada as a leader in economic development through a difficult financial recession, and also features a report on Canada&#8217;s forestry industry as well as a look at new forms of media.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>TORONTO, November 13—George Media today launched the year-end special double issue of The International Resource Journal (IRJ), now available online at <a href="http://www.internationalresourcejournal.com//">www.internationalresourcejournal.com</a>.</p>
<p>This issue features a live report from Alstom and EDP’s Vieux Moulin wind farm launch in France, and an exclusive interview with Saskatchewan’s Minister of Energy and Resources, the Honourable Bill Boyd. The magazine also features a focus on both the Australian and Russian energy sectors.</p>
<p>The January issue of the IRJ is set for release in mid-December.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>MISSISSAUGA, ON, Sept. 30 /CNW/ &#8211; George Media Inc., a digital media company producing The Canadian Business Journal and The International Resource Journal, today launched the premiere edition of its third magazine: The American Business Journal.</p>
<p>The launch of the ABJ draws on the tremendous success of both The Canadian Business Journal and The International Resource Journal, which have become household names in Canadian industry and international resource sectors. The new magazine has a distribution of 127,000 and the website is BPA audited to reflect George Media&#8217;s commitment to transparency and accuracy.</p>
<p>This month&#8217;s ABJ focuses on the resurgence of the housing market, the state of Louisiana, and the moderation of the current economic recession.</p>
<p>ABJ&#8217;s release signals the beginning of a rebranding process for George Media. Since celebrating a year in business, the company has elected to revisit branding scope with the addition of two new Art Directors: Vladimir Lukic and Brian Rushton-Phillips. Both Directors have significant experience managing the strategic direction of print and online magazine formats, and will bring a new focus to current George Media publication websites, as well as those to be launched in 2010.</p>
